Job Requirements
- one year of prior cook experience in a fine dining environment is highly preferred
- food handlers certification is required upon hire
- ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure kitchen setting
- strong organizational and time management skills
- outgoing and friendly personality
- willingness to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- must be friendly driven and outgoing
- must possess the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- one year of prior cook with fine dining experience is highly preferred

- food managers certification is preferred
Job Duties
- plan prepare and cook food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers
- ensure kitchen is kept clean and organized at all times

- monitor inventory and assist with kitchen stock management
- collaborate with kitchen staff to meet daily service requirements
