Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of experience in quantity cooking and food preparation including one year equivalent to Cook E6
- ability to pass a pre-employment screening including drug test, criminal history background check, and fingerprint check
- ability to attach required cover letter or memo

- commitment to working varying shifts up to 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of experience in quantity cooking and food preparation
- one year of experience equivalent to Cook E6 level
- knowledge of health and safety standards in food service
- leadership experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment
Job Duties
- oversee the work of less-skilled kitchen helpers during assigned shifts
- lead food preparation, service, and cleanup activities
- ensure compliance with health department standards for cleanliness and safety
- receive and put away stock
- assist with meal planning and ingredient preparation
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and workspaces
- perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
