Job Requirements

  • High school graduate preferred
  • One to three years of cooking experience
  • Must have food handler's certification
  • Ability to maintain kitchen cleanliness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately

  • Ability to follow recipes and menu instructions accurately

Job Duties

  • Assist in the production of creatively designed cuisine
  • Cook according to menus, production sheet and recipes with consideration
  • Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
  • Deliver all invoices to Dining Services Director in a timely fashion
  • Maintain records of meals served and records of food and supplies used as required
