Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four plus years of line cooking experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or certification preferred
  • Ability to perform basic cooking skills
  • Capacity to work independently at assigned station
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Four plus years of previous line experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Capacity to work single station in the kitchen
  • Strong desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work in any outlet as necessary to assist business needs
  • Knowledge of temperature and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure all kitchen operations run efficiently and smoothly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
  • Monitor food temperatures and adhere to sanitation guidelines
  • Work effectively at a single station in the kitchen
