Job Requirements

- Four years of experience in a restaurant specializing in continental or classical cuisine, totaling ten years of culinary experience
- Must meet requirements for Cook 3 and Cook 4 positions
- Demonstrated initiative and creativity
- Exceptional knife handling abilities
Job Duties
- Create and prepare chef specials
- Efficiently work any kitchen station while maintaining productivity
- Plan daily work based on supervisor's general instructions
