Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year experience cooking for large groups or equivalent combination of training and experience
- ability to obtain ServSafe Certification within 21 days of hire
- ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- ability to cook, taste, and smell food
- ability to perform physical activities including walking, stooping, standing, squatting, climbing and lifting up to 75 pounds frequently
- availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 am to 6 pm
- ability to meet attendance requirements

Job Duties
- Plan, prepare, cook and serve meals according to established guidelines and schedules
- ensure all meals are safe and presentable
- clean kitchen facilities, equipment, and appliances
- maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and food
- cook and prepare a variety of foods and beverages using kitchen equipment and utensils
- maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas ensuring compliance with health regulations
- wash, dry, and store pots, pans, plates, glasses, and utensils
