- Certificate 1 Serve Safe preferred
- 3-5 years related work experience
- Basic math skills
- Basic familiarity with computers
- Ability to stand and move for long periods

Job Duties
- Responsible for hot and cold food production
- Follows standardized recipes while preparing soups, salads, entrees, gravies, side dishes, baked goods, desserts
- Cuts, slices, dices, measures, mixes all types of food products
- Assembles food into useable meals
- Operates food service equipment safely including mixers, slicers, vertical cutters, ovens, grills, steamers, fryers, and food processors
- Organizes, prioritizes and coordinates production activities to meet quality, temperature and presentation standards
- Communicates and coordinates production with team members
- Prevents cross contamination of food products and maintains HACCP standards
- Stores and identifies food products properly
- Records unusable or unsafe food and notifies supervisor
- Maintains sanitation and temperature of food storage areas
