  • experience in high-volume food production preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare hot and cold food products according to standardized recipes
  • cut, slice, dice, measure, and mix ingredients
  • assemble meals for cafeteria, patient trayline, and catering use
  • operate and safely clean food service equipment including mixers, slicers, ovens, grills, and fryers
  • prioritize production activities to meet quality, temperature, and presentation standards
  • communicate with team members to coordinate food preparation
  • maintain food safety, prevent cross contamination, and ensure storage meets HACCP standards
