Job Duties
- prepare hot and cold food products according to standardized recipes
- cut, slice, dice, measure, and mix ingredients
- assemble meals for cafeteria, patient trayline, and catering use
- operate and safely clean food service equipment including mixers, slicers, ovens, grills, and fryers
- prioritize production activities to meet quality, temperature, and presentation standards
- communicate with team members to coordinate food preparation
- maintain food safety, prevent cross contamination, and ensure storage meets HACCP standards
