must be available to work a flexible schedule during the week including weekends and holidays
knowledge of food production and kitchen operations
experience in culinary management or supervision
effective organizational skills
ability to communicate clearly
proficiency in computer applications
experience working in a team environment

proven knowledge of kitchen operations

experience in cost control
ability to train and lead kitchen staff
guest service experience

Job Duties

monitor food production for quality and consistency
manage staffing levels and scheduling
oversee department training and development
ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
maintain cost control and inventory management
provide direction in the absence of the hourly Sous Chef
liaise with guests to ensure satisfaction
