Job Requirements

Must be able to work a flexible schedule during the week including weekends and holidays
Proven experience in line or fine dining kitchens
Ability to work multiple kitchen stations
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Culinary education or relevant experience
Availability to work holidays

Minimum two years of line or fine dining kitchen experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to operate most kitchen stations

Experience with guest contact
Culinary teaching skills

Job Duties

Produce consistent culinary products to meet and exceed guest expectations
Monitor daily food production quality and consistency
Oversee staffing levels and coordinate department training
Utilize culinary education and cost control methods for operational efficiency
Communicate effectively within the kitchen and with guests
Provide leadership in the Sous Chef's absence
Maintain organization and cleanliness in kitchen operations
