Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule during the week including weekends and holidays
  • Proven experience in line or fine dining kitchens
  • Ability to work multiple kitchen stations
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Culinary education or relevant experience
  • Availability to work holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of line or fine dining kitchen experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to operate most kitchen stations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with guest contact
  • Culinary teaching skills

Job Duties

  • Produce consistent culinary products to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Monitor daily food production quality and consistency
  • Oversee staffing levels and coordinate department training
  • Utilize culinary education and cost control methods for operational efficiency
  • Communicate effectively within the kitchen and with guests
  • Provide leadership in the Sous Chef's absence
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in kitchen operations
