Job Requirements
- Follow all GMPs as trained
- Clean work area to maintain safety
- Work in cool (41 degrees) and wet environment
- Able to lift 150 lbs
- Perform repetitive movements over long periods
- Stand for long periods
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Ability to handle product according to specifications
- Skill in dealing with superiors and peers

- Familiarity with GMP and HACCP concepts preferred
Job Duties
- Load oven with racked product based on cook recipe to be used
- Start oven on correct recipe based on cook requirements
- Monitor the operation of the ovens and temperature of product
- Enter data into the spreadsheet on an hourly basis
- Monitor and record cooling of product in chill box or chill vessels
- Verify temperature and hold time
- Provide and receive support when moving product on racks in and out of the oven
- Properly probe product for accurate temperature reading
- Understand basics of HACCP and program requirements
- Recognize and correct deviations to prevent HACCP failure
