Job Requirements

  • must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
  • standing for long periods of time
  • bending, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • it is a seasonal (temporary) role and the season will end on 2/25/2026
  • ideal candidates will have a combination of a culinary degree and work experience or the equivalent work experience in a full service fine dining restaurant, if no culinary degree has been obtained
  • passionate about food and previous similar work experience
  • flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • must be able to work in a fast pace environment

Job Duties

  • basic knowledgeable of culinary operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented
  • knowledgeable in classic and modern cooking methods and techniques
  • set up and break down a culinary station efficiently
  • prep all ingredients and station to chef's standards
  • ensure station is clean and sanitized
  • must be able to maintain consistent and correct plate presentation
  • maintains complete knowledge of and complies with all departmental policies, service procedures & standards
  • prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for the team, and to be ready for service
  • assists with quality and presentation, maintaining cleanliness standards and organization of the kitchen and the restaurant when necessary
  • maintain a "clean as you go" work ethic
  • a positive, service-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a team
  • ability to multi-task, prioritize and anticipate guest needs
  • it is a floater role to assist various station according to the chef's need including the pool and banquet operation
