Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of relevant cooking experience preferred
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to perform basic cooking skills
  • Capability to work at single kitchen stations
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Two years of previous line cook experience preferred
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Ability to work independently at single kitchen stations
  • Strong desire to satisfy others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen stations
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control
  • Follow health and safety regulations in food preparation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service
  • Participate in training and development sessions
