Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent hotel cooking experience
  • Minimum two years of line cooking experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under supervision and take direction
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Two years of previous line cooking experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Capable of working single station in a kitchen
  • Ability to satisfy customer needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality dishes following recipes and presentation standards
  • Operate single stations in the kitchen efficiently and independently
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
  • Assist with training and supervision under guidance
  • Adapt to fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining quality
