Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of line and fine dining experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Able to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • Ability to work AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to work multiple kitchen stations
  • Requires moderate supervision
  • Must have good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen
