Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of previous culinary or line cook experience preferred
  • culinary degree or relevant hotel culinary experience preferred
  • ability to perform multiple cooking techniques
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to follow safety and sanitation regulations
