Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of line cooking experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or equivalent hotel experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple kitchen stations
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Availability to work flexible hours
