Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to multitask and work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to accept varying assignments across outlets
- Passion for service and hospitality
- Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree
- At least six months of experience in a similar environment
- Knowledge of local, Asian, and/or Italian cuisine
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Prepare, execute, and produce food items for various resort outlets
- Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Adapt to assignments in different outlets as required
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Assist in inventory management and food storage
