Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to multitask and work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to accept varying assignments across outlets
  • Passion for service and hospitality
  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree
  • At least six months of experience in a similar environment
  • Knowledge of local, Asian, and/or Italian cuisine
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Prepare, execute, and produce food items for various resort outlets
  • Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
  • Adapt to assignments in different outlets as required
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Assist in inventory management and food storage
