Job Requirements

  • u.s. work authorization required
  • at least 2 years of experience in restaurants or catering
  • culinary education preferred
  • ability to work well with others in an intense environment
  • demonstrate an ability to train and mentor new employees
  • prep and maintain a hot line station in a busy restaurant
  • communicate professionally and courteously to front of house and peers
  • ability to learn new styles and techniques in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of experience in restaurants or catering
  • culinary education preferred
  • strong line skills needed
  • hard working and efficient with time
  • an ability to handle multiple prep or cooking tasks simultaneously in the most efficient manner
