Job Requirements

u.s. work authorization required
at least 2 years of experience in restaurants or catering
culinary education preferred
ability to work well with others in an intense environment
demonstrate an ability to train and mentor new employees
prep and maintain a hot line station in a busy restaurant
communicate professionally and courteously to front of house and peers
ability to learn new styles and techniques in a fast-paced environment
