Job Requirements
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push and pull moderate weight, up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 3 years of previous line and elevated dining experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred but not required
- Able to work most stations of the kitchen
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to meet quality standards
- Manage and oversee kitchen stations during breakfast service
- Ensure timely and consistent food production to meet guest needs
- Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff members
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with culinary team to develop new breakfast menu items
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management
