  • at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience
  • culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking tasks
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work multiple kitchen stations
  • willingness to provide direction in supervisor's absence
  • able to work under moderate supervision and training
