Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three years cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
- Current Food Handlers card
- Ability to read and interpret documents including safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to solve practical problems and make independent decisions
- Demonstrate initiative and accept responsibility
- Be self-motivated, proactive and a team player
- Able to pay attention to multiple details
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Work and master all kitchen stations
- Ensure superior standards of service meet the requirements of guests and employees
- Proactive in exceeding guest satisfaction including investigating and resolving challenges
- Follow cleaning schedule and checklist daily to ensure a clean and sanitary environment
- Familiar with food preparation, cooking, and serving techniques and able to read cooking instructions
- Wash, peel, cut, and shred vegetables and fruits
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Bake, roast, broil, and steam various foods adjusting equipment settings
- Observe and test foods being cooked by tasting, smelling, and visual inspection
- Carve, portion, and garnish food servings
- Perform other duties as assigned
