Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary degree or relevant professional experience required
- Minimum two years of line cook experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to undergo training and follow supervision
Job Qualifications
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Two years of previous line cooking experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
- Capable of working single station in the kitchen
- Genuine desire to satisfy others in a fast paced environment
- Able to stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Prepare dishes according to the established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen station
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely meal preparation
- Monitor food stock and report shortages or quality issues
- Assist with training and supervision of junior cooks
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and hotel policies
