Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary degree or relevant professional experience required
  • Minimum two years of line cook experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to undergo training and follow supervision

Job Qualifications

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Two years of previous line cooking experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Capable of working single station in the kitchen
  • Genuine desire to satisfy others in a fast paced environment
  • Able to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare dishes according to the established recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen station
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely meal preparation
  • Monitor food stock and report shortages or quality issues
  • Assist with training and supervision of junior cooks
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and hotel policies
