Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary degree or equivalent work experience
  • Passion for food and cooking
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Physical capability to lift, bend, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Valid authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for service
  • Set up and break down culinary stations efficiently
  • Prep all ingredients and stations to chef's standards
  • Ensure stations are clean and sanitized at all times
  • Maintain consistent and correct plate presentations
  • Assist with kitchen cleanliness, organization, and quality control
  • Maintain a clean-as-you-go work ethic while supporting team efforts
