Job Requirements
- Good communication skills
- At least two years of previous line and fine dining experience
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling
- Able to work multiple kitchen stations
- Availability to work holidays and weekends
- Ability to provide direction in supervisor's absence
