Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen role preferred
- Ability to understand and apply food safety regulations
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in varying temperature environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook dishes with attention to portion control to ensure consistency
- Wash, cut, and season ingredients in preparation for cooking
- Plate and garnish dishes to enhance presentation and guest experience
- Wash and sanitize kitchen areas following food safety and health standards
- Accommodate special requests related to dietary restrictions, allergies, and special occasions
- Work collaboratively with team members following core values of passion, personality, respect, working together, and creativity
- Maintain physical stamina including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds as required in a fast-paced kitchen environment
