Job Requirements
- 1 year of cooking experience for pantry/prep roles
- up to 5 years of experience for lead cook roles
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work in varying temperature and noise conditions
- good communication skills
- ability to multitask
- must understand and convey information in English
- ability to work long hours when needed
Job Qualifications
- culinary training preferred
- experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in hotel kitchen or related field
- banquet and fine dining experience preferred for certain roles
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- strong attention to detail
- teamwork skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- prepare high quality food according to established guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work area
