Job Duties
- Prepare all ordered food for assigned suites, plating according to menu description, in accordance with company and state health and safety standards
- Ensure proper storage of all food, cleaning and sanitation products
- Maintain a positive employee relations climate
- Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, safety and employment regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen for the food and beverage operation
