  • minimum of one year of experience or graduation from a Culinary Program
  • preferred five years of related experience
  • ability to follow sanitation and food safety guidelines
  • capability to work in a team environment
  • good communication skills

  • strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepares hot food for patient care and cafeteria
  • assists in menu planning and production schedules
  • assists in cafeteria meal service and special functions
  • sanitizes work area and equipment
  • oversees job assignments
  • performs other related duties as assigned or requested
