- minimum of one year of experience or graduation from a Culinary Program
- preferred five years of related experience
- ability to follow sanitation and food safety guidelines
- capability to work in a team environment
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepares hot food for patient care and cafeteria
- assists in menu planning and production schedules
- assists in cafeteria meal service and special functions
- sanitizes work area and equipment
- oversees job assignments
- performs other related duties as assigned or requested
