Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • 3-5 years related work experience required
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic familiarity with computers
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physical ability to perform medium work including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Availability for rotating part-time shifts including early mornings and weekends

  • Vocational or technical culinary training preferred
  • Certificate 1 Serve Safe preferred
  • 3-5 years related work experience
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills

  • High level of customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Produce hot and cold food products following standardized recipes
  • Cut, slice, dice, measure and mix food items
  • Assemble meals ensuring quality, temperature and presentation
  • Operate food service equipment safely and perform cleaning duties
  • Coordinate production activities with team members to meet meal ticket requirements
  • Prevent cross contamination and maintain food safety standards
  • Store and identify food products accurately and report unusable items
