Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of line cook experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Valid food handler’s certification
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to adhere to Hyatt’s health and safety protocols

- Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume or fine dining environment
- Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and culinary techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service

- Participate in menu development and tastings
