One to five years of cooking experience depending on role
physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
ability to stand for long periods
ability to work under variable temperatures and noise
ability to follow safety and security policies

proficiency in English communication

Job Qualifications

Culinary training preferred
prior cooking experience in a hotel kitchen or related field
knowledge of banquet, fine dining, or line cooking
