Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous line cook experience
  • Food handler certification
  • Ability to stand for at least 8 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend and squat frequently
  • Ability to grasp objects regularly
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food in accordance to standard recipes
  • Demonstrate intermediate level culinary skills
  • Perform multiple kitchen stations including opening and closing
  • Maintain traditional knife skills consistently
  • Prioritize, organize, and follow-through on tasks
  • Work efficiently under pressure to meet production schedules
  • Maintain and adhere to health and safety standards
  • Support culinary team with station setup and stocking
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality food
  • Maintain professional and positive attitude with coworkers and guests
