Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One to two years of experience in a similar culinary role
- Strong organizational skills
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it
- Possession of a Level 4 Gaming License
- Ability to perform basic math and comprehend simple written and oral instructions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and perform kitchen duties in varying temperature conditions
- Willingness to work in a casino environment with moderate noise and occasional exposure to smoke

Job Duties
- Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes food according to established recipes
- Maintains refrigeration and dry storage areas ensuring proper handling and rotation of products
- Ensures stations are clean and food items properly covered and stored at shift end
- Follows all recipes, specifications, and control procedures
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with health regulations
- Assists with guest requests
- Runs one or multiple kitchen stations efficiently
- Creates a fun and respectful atmosphere for casino guests and employees
