Job Requirements
- Able to read, write and speak basic English
- Able to understand and apply basic mathematical skills
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
- Able to push, stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50-70 pounds repetitively
- Good attitude and work ethic
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Can work in high stress and fast paced environment
- Functions safely and efficiently under extreme kitchen heat conditions

Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with production requirements and standard recipes
- Maintain clean, sanitary and safe station at all times
- Set up assigned station including preparation, freezer pull and line set up
- Communicate any out-of-stock items or possible shortages
- Date and rotate all food containers ensuring proper temperature
- Inspect and evaluate equipment for cleanliness and report repairs
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on line equipment
- Return unused food items to designated storage areas with proper covering and dating
- Consistently produce products according to recipe specifications and ticket time standards
- Complete station closing checklist for shift transition
- Follow food and cleanliness standards to ensure quality products
