- Functions safely under extreme kitchen heat conditions
Job Qualifications

- Prefer at least 2 years experience working in a high volume kitchen
- Possess full knowledge of proper cooking techniques and food safety
Job Duties
- Prepare food according to production requirements and standardized recipes
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe station
- Set up assigned station before shifts
- Produce products consistent with quality standards and recipes
- Rotate and date all food containers to maintain freshness
- Inspect equipment daily for cleanliness and report repairs
- Complete station closing checklist for shift transitions
