Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- One to two years experience in a similar position
- Strong organizational skills required
- ServSafe certification or ability to become certified required
- Level 4 Gaming License required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Physical ability to stand and walk frequently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb. occasionally
- Ability to work in warm, cold, and sometimes smoky environments
- Able to meet physical demands including use of hands, reaching, talking, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and bending

Job Duties
- Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes all food in kitchen preparation in accordance with established recipes
- Maintains all refrigeration and dry storage areas to ensure proper handling and rotation of products
- Ensures that stations are clean and that all food items are properly covered and stored at the end of shift
- Follows all recipes, specs, and control procedures
- Maintains a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with health regulations
- Assists with guest requests
- Runs a station or multiple stations
