- Culinary degree or equivalent hotel cooking experience
- Two years of line cooking experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently on kitchen stations
- Capacity to handle fast-paced work environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with food safety regulations
Job Qualifications

- Refined verbal communication skills
- Two years of previous line cooking experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic cooking techniques proficiently
- Capable of working single stations independently
- Strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to hotel standards
- Work independently on assigned kitchen stations
- Follow recipes and cooking procedures accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team members
- Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are met
