Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Previous experience in hotel cooking or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Minimum of 2 years line cooking experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipe specifications
- Operate single stations in the kitchen efficiently
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet Hyatt standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team and supervisors
- Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries when necessary
