Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent hotel experience
  • Minimum of two years line cooking experience preferred
  • Proficient in basic cooking techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on single stations
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended durations

Job Qualifications

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Two years of previous line experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Capability to manage single kitchen stations
  • Strong desire to satisfy customer needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Manage single cooking stations within the kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
  • Assist in inventory control and storage of kitchen supplies
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times
  • Receive supervision and training to improve culinary skills
