Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or related professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years of line cooking experience preferred
  • Basic cooking skills proficiency
  • Ability to work well under supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • Capability to work single kitchen station
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • 2 years of previous line experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
  • Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Able to work single station in the kitchen

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Receive training and supervision to improve culinary skills
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen team members and supervisors
