  • One year experience working in food service environment
  • high school diploma preferred
  • verbal and written communication required
  • basic math skills
  • food handlers permit as required by law
  • brand certification as required
  • ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long period of time

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes and check portions, garnishes and presentation of ordered dishes
  • set up and maintain kitchen work stations during each shift including orders and storage of goods
  • handle, store and rotate stored products properly
  • maintain and clean assigned equipment and machines
  • manage supply stock, cutting and storage of perishable goods daily
  • complete control sheets for opening, during and closing shifts if requested
  • clean and organize work and storage areas including refrigerators and freezers
