Job Requirements
- Must be able to work any shift including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Demonstrated professional cooking experience
- Good communication skills

Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant or banquet environment
- Formal culinary training or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking methods
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to maintain quality and consistency under pressure
- Familiarity with food safety standards
- Flexible availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and banquet requirements
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation of meals
- Assist with kitchen prep work including chopping, measuring, and organizing ingredients
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Adapt to varying shifts and work environments between restaurant and main kitchen
