Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Work a variety of stations with consistency, precision, and care
  • Prepare and plate dishes following established recipes and presentation standards
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of culinary settings, including banquets, à la carte service, and other kitchen operations
  • Assist with mise en place preparation to ensure readiness for service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Support the team by assisting with prep tasks and jumping in where needed
  • Experience preparing and assisting with the execution of banquet events, including high-volume service
