Job Duties
- Work a variety of stations with consistency, precision, and care
- Prepare and plate dishes following established recipes and presentation standards
- Flexibility to work in a variety of culinary settings, including banquets, à la carte service, and other kitchen operations
- Assist with mise en place preparation to ensure readiness for service
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with chefs and team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Support the team by assisting with prep tasks and jumping in where needed
- Experience preparing and assisting with the execution of banquet events, including high-volume service
