Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years line cooking experience preferred
- Culinary degree or equivalent hotel cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to follow safety and sanitation standards

- 2 years of previous line experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Able to perform all basic cooking skills
- Able to work single station in the kitchen

Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Work assigned single stations in the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with training and supervision under guidance
- Manage cooking processes to ensure timely service
