- 1-3 years of cooking experience
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop on a consistent basis
- Ability to function independently
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Serve Safe Certification within 1 year

Job Duties
- Review written patient/cafeteria and all other menus and production sheets
- Follow standardized recipes when cooking
- Prepare patient/cafeteria meals as directed
- Maintain required records of food temps
- Provide quality customer service
- Perform any related duties as assigned
- Cook in small/large batches
- Follow HACCP guidelines
- Document leftovers
- Clean all equipment
- Participate in test trays
- Follow proper label, dating and dot system
