Job Requirements
- eligible to work in the United States
- sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate effectively
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as needed
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

- prior experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to follow standardized recipes

Job Duties
- prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely and safe food service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- support team members and contribute to a positive kitchen environment
- assist in inventory management and stock control
