Job Requirements

  • eligible to work in the United States
  • sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate effectively
  • physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as needed
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to follow standardized recipes
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • teamwork and collaboration abilities

Job Duties

  • prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely and safe food service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • support team members and contribute to a positive kitchen environment
  • assist in inventory management and stock control
