- Prior cooking experience in institutional and/or quantity cooking preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional service to residents by leading and motivating team members to provide fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests
- Prepare and assist cooking meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards including feature/specials and grill service
- Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary culinary department
- Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms
- Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs
- Perform additional tasks as required
