Prior cooking experience in institutional and/or quantity cooking preferred but not required

Job Duties

Deliver exceptional service to residents by leading and motivating team members to provide fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests
Prepare and assist cooking meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards including feature/specials and grill service
Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents
Help maintain a clean and sanitary culinary department
Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms
Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs
Perform additional tasks as required
