  • Prior cooking experience in institutional and/or quantity cooking preferred but not required
  • Ability to speak and read English

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional service to residents by leading and motivating team members to provide fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests
  • Prepare and assist cooking meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards including feature/specials and grill service
  • Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents
  • Help maintain a clean and sanitary culinary department
  • Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms
  • Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs
  • Perform additional tasks as required
