Job Duties
- prepare and cook scratch-made Texas favorites
- maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating hospitality
- collaborate effectively as part of the kitchen team
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- manage prep and cooking stations according to position
- support kitchen operations and assist other cooks as needed
